Converted on your device. Files are never uploaded.
Up to 20 files at a time.
Forms, landlords and offices often ask for one PDF, while your scans and photos sit in a mix of formats. Image to PDF takes JPG, PNG, HEIC, WebP, TIFF and more in one go and builds a single document, page by page. It all happens in your browser, so the images never leave your device.
About the formats
JPGJPEG image
JPG (or JPEG) is the most widely supported photo format. Its lossy compression keeps files small, which suits photos but not sharp text or transparency.
PNGPNG image
PNG is a lossless image format with transparency. It’s ideal for screenshots, logos and graphics with sharp edges, but photos come out larger than JPG.
WebPWebP image
WebP is an image format made for the web. Files are smaller than JPG and PNG and can have transparency or animation, but some older apps can’t open it.
HEICHEIC image
HEIC (HEIF) is the photo format iPhones and iPads use. It keeps high quality at about half the size of JPG, but many Windows apps and websites can’t open it.
AVIFAVIF image
AVIF is a modern image format based on the AV1 video codec. It compresses better than JPG and WebP, though older software often can’t open it.
GIFGIF image
GIF is an old image format best known for short animations. It’s limited to 256 colours, so photos look grainy and files can be large.
BMPBitmap image
BMP is an uncompressed Windows bitmap format. Almost anything can read it, but files are far larger than PNG or JPG.
TIFFTIFF image
TIFF is a high-quality image format used for scanning, printing and archiving. One file can hold several pages, and files are usually large.
JFIFJFIF image
JFIF is a JPEG image with a .jfif extension, often created when saving pictures from a web browser. The picture data is the same as a JPG, but many apps don’t recognise the extension.
PDFPDF document
PDF is the standard format for documents that should look the same everywhere. It can hold text, images and vector graphics across many pages.

Questions
Can I mix different image formats in one PDF?
Yes. JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, AVIF, GIF, BMP, TIFF and JFIF can share one batch of up to 20 files, up to 64 MB in all. A GIF adds its first frame, a TIFF adds every page it holds, and phone photos appear upright.
How do I put the images in the right order?
The list follows the order you added the files. Move a row up or down with its buttons, remove any you don’t want, then press “Create PDF”.
Will my photos lose quality inside the PDF?
JPEGs are placed as they are, without recompressing, and only their location data is removed unless you untick “Remove location data from photos”. PNGs stay lossless. Other formats are converted first: photos are stored as JPEG and images with transparency as PNG.
Which page size should I choose?
“Fit to image” under Page size in Options makes each page the size of its image at 96 pixels an inch. For printing, choose A4 or Letter; pages turn to suit wide or tall images, and Margin sets the space around each one in millimetres.
Can I make one PDF per image instead?
Yes. Switch off “Combine into one PDF” and each image becomes its own PDF. Save them one at a time or together with “Download all”.
