About the formats
PDFPDF document
PDF is the standard format for documents that should look the same everywhere. It can hold text, images and vector graphics across many pages.
JPGJPEG image
JPG (or JPEG) is the most widely supported photo format. Its lossy compression keeps files small, which suits photos but not sharp text or transparency.
Converted with pdf.js, jSquash, PDF engine.
Questions
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. The pages are rendered by pdf.js, the PDF reader built into Firefox, running inside your browser, so the PDF stays on your device. The counter under the file list shows 0 bytes uploaded.
How sharp will the images be?
Pages are rendered at 150 DPI by default, which suits screens. Choose up to 600 DPI for printing or zooming in.
Can I convert only some pages?
Yes. Enter page numbers or ranges, such as 1-3, 5.
How do I get all the pages at once?
Each page becomes its own JPG. Download them one at a time or together as a ZIP file.
