Packs top up Pro’s 2,000 credits a month. They’re sold to Pro accounts and last 12 months from purchase; if you cancel Pro, the credits left wait for you to subscribe again until they expire.
On Pro, a conversion on our servers uses credits. Conversions on your device use none, and free accounts count server conversions a day instead.

Failed conversions cost nothing. Credits are set aside when a conversion starts and used only if it succeeds; if it fails, times out or you cancel it, they’re given back.
No. Pro’s credits are given each month from the day you subscribe, on yearly billing too, and the ones left when the month ends expire. Pack credits last 12 months from purchase. The credits that expire soonest are used first, which is usually the month’s Pro credits.
Open Manage billing on your dashboard’s Billing page. Pro stays until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then your account moves to the free plan. Refunds follow our refund policy.
A refunded or disputed payment takes back the credits it bought that are still unspent, in proportion to the amount returned: refunding half of a 1,000-credit pack takes back up to 500 of its credits. Credits already spent stay spent. If your current Pro payment is returned in full, Pro ends at once.
Pro and credit packs are sold through Link, Stripe’s checkout, which is the merchant of record. Link charges you, adds the sales tax, VAT or GST that applies where you live, and sends your receipts and invoices. Your statement shows LINK.COM*.
